Research use only

All products are sold for laboratory research use only. They are not for human consumption or for clinical, medical, veterinary, household or cosmetic use. Our Research Use Only Policy forms part of these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to use this site or buy from us. By ordering you confirm you are a qualified researcher, or act for a research organisation, able to handle research chemicals safely and lawfully. We may ask for proof and may refuse or cancel an order without giving a reason.

No medical claims

Rebirth Labs does not provide medical advice and makes no claim that any product can diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Information on this site is for research and educational purposes.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Prices and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and are shown at checkout before you pay, including any bundle or wholesale price, discount, shipping and optional shipping insurance. We may correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund of any amount charged.

Card and wallet payments are processed by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.

Orders

An order is accepted when it ships. Until then we may cancel it, for example when an item is out of stock, when payment cannot be verified, or under our Research Use Only Policy. If we cancel, any amount charged is refunded to the original payment method.

Shipping, risk and returns

Shipping works as described in our Shipping Policy. All sales are final, with the exceptions for damaged or incorrect items set out in our Refund Policy.

Rebirth Points

Points are earned on eligible purchases once an order ships, have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and expire 12 months after they are earned. Points can pay for up to 50% of eligible products in an order, with a 500 point minimum, and cannot be used on memberships or Build a Box subscriptions. Points earned on an order that is cancelled or refunded are removed. We may change or end the points program by updating these terms.

Memberships

Insider, VIP and Founder memberships are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically on the same day each period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from My Account, and your membership benefits continue to the end of the period you have paid for. Membership fees are not refunded for partial periods. If a renewal payment fails, the membership ends at the end of the paid period plus a short grace period.

Build a Box subscriptions

A Build a Box subscription charges the price shown at checkout once a month and ships each month's box until cancelled. The first three monthly payments are a minimum commitment, and the subscription can be cancelled from My Account after the third payment. Once your first box has shipped you can swap items, and the monthly price changes to match. A declined payment means no box ships for that month.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Rebirth Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from use of a product outside lawful laboratory research, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States. You are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations that apply to you.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
