What our products are

Rebirth Labs supplies peptides and related compounds as research chemicals for laboratory research and development. They are labelled "For Research Use Only" and are not intended for use in diagnostic procedures.

Our products are not drugs, medicines, dietary supplements, foods, cosmetics or medical devices. They have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for any use in humans or animals.

What they are not for

• Human consumption or administration of any kind, by any route.
• Veterinary use or administration to any animal outside an approved research protocol.
• Diagnosing, treating, curing, mitigating or preventing any disease or condition.
• Resale as, or relabelling into, a product for human or animal use.

Who may buy

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 21 years old, that you are a qualified researcher or act for a research organisation, laboratory or institution, and that you have the training and facilities to store, handle and dispose of research chemicals safely.

You also confirm that you will use the products only for lawful laboratory research, and that you are responsible for knowing and following the laws and regulations that apply where you are.

No medical or usage advice

Rebirth Labs does not give medical advice, dosing guidance, reconstitution protocols for human use, or instructions for administration. Our team will not answer questions about using a product on a person or an animal, and such questions are a reason for us to review the account.

Product descriptions, research summaries and certificates on this site describe the compound and the scientific literature. They are not claims that a product is safe or effective for any use.

Certificates of analysis

Each lot is tested by an independent U.S. laboratory before it ships, and the certificate is published in our COA Library. A certificate reports the identity and purity the laboratory measured for that lot. It is not evidence that the material is safe or suitable for any use outside the laboratory.

Orders we refuse or cancel

We may refuse, cancel or refund any order, and close any account, when we reasonably believe the products are intended for human or veterinary use, when a buyer indicates such use in an order, message, review or social post, when the buyer appears to be under 21, or when an order would break the law where it is shipped.

Handling and storage

• Handle all products in a suitable laboratory setting with appropriate protective equipment.
• Store as stated on the label or product page. Lyophilised peptides are generally kept cold, dry and away from light.
• Keep products away from children and anyone not trained to handle research chemicals.
• Dispose of materials according to your institution's procedures and local regulations.

Your responsibility

The buyer is solely responsible for the use, handling, storage and disposal of products after delivery. To the fullest extent the law allows, the buyer agrees to indemnify Rebirth Labs against claims arising from any use of a product outside lawful laboratory research.
